Lara Martin was the recipient of the 2015 Humanitarian Award for her work with the Center for Humanitarian Emergencies.  The award honors students who students who have qualities of honesty, integrity, courage and responsibility which are fundamental to effective leadership.

Dr. Dabney Evans was featured on National Public Radio today on a piece related to the Nepali Earthquake response.

Dr. Dabney Evans presented at the World Congress on Disaster and Emergency Medicine in Cape Town, South Africa.  Her presentatioan focused on the capacity building efforts of the Center for Humanitarian Emergencies.
